A Plan for the Spare Room

We’ve been round the houses but we’ve finally decided on a plan for the spare room. It’s to be a spare room / study / game room / play room / storage area. That’s quite a lot for one room! This is how it looked before we moved in:

We'd also like a drop down desk, which I think I'm going to make from a drop leaf table, something like this:
