The Porch Unit

(18/07/2015) There's not a lot of space in the porch but we are desperately in need of storage. In order to use the space as much as possible we have chosen a unit which will only just fit in place (to get it in we'll have to remove the door). The floor space isn't as big as the unit and so it'll need to sit on feet (and the floor isn't level). We also wanted to tie the unit into the shelves I made from the old kitchen cabinets. So... we got a clearance unit from ikea (£6) and an oak worktop from eBay (£5.50) we had some old feet in the garage and plinth and we used a bit of upstand to fill a gap and to allow Pauls TKD bag to sit in the bottom of the unit, and of course the oak doors (all of which cost £10). We need to put it in place to finish it off.
