First bit of DIY

(13/03/2013) Our very first attempt at DIY (though I'm not really sure it can be counted as DIY) was to put a privacy screen on the top window next to the bathroom. There wasn't really a view out of here (just the backs of our neighbour's houses) so we weren't missing much by covering up the window. The great thing about this now is that we don't need to worry about the neighbours seeing in - and no curtains to wash! I think it looks snazzy!!

(06/06/2015) Today we have put up a blind on the upstairs hall window. Yes, it took me two years to pick one!!
